Nathan Haston

CEO and President of Drone Management Group, LLC

Drone Management Group is thrilled to have Butler University graduate Nathan Haston as our CEO.  A former En Route Air Traffic Controller with the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Nathan is now a manned aviation student pilot and current FAA Part 107 Certificated UAS pilot.  With a motivated, results-oriented, collaborative work ethic, Nathan has taken his experience in business, aviation, and marketing to create products that guide you through the step by step process of creating your very own drone program and management system.  Though Drone Management Group has done 99% of the work for you, the knowledge you gain along the way makes you the ideal operator for your drone program.  One of Nathan's main focuses is to ensure UAS remains a safe, effective, efficient, and fun operation while also securing the safety of the National Airspace System (NAS). Nathan has logged more than 1,000 hours of flight time through education, work, and missions in the field.

Steve Haston

Founder and Cheif UAS Advisor of Drone Management Group, LLC

As the lead consultant for the company, our Cheif UAS Advisor brings 30 years of public safety and aviation experience to Drone Management Group in every module.  Having created, arguably, one of the Nation's best drone programs from scratch, no-one is better situated or experienced to show others what it takes to create, own, and operate a drone program and pass FAA ramp checks, pop up examinations, and COA literature.  No stone is left unturned by Steve's knowledge and passion for teaching others the exceptional future we have with drones!  To ensure that our Drone Management Group members receive unrivaled education, Steve challenges students to constantly learn, improve, and redefine the roles we play as American aviators.  Steve is an FAA Certified private pilot and FAA Part 107 Certificated remote pilot and has logged over 2,300 hours of flight time and training.  Steve is one of the DMG pilots who, because of his distinguished and successful career as a public safety official, flew for the President of the United States alongside the US Secret Service.
