WHAT IF I AM A CIVILIAN?
You may hear words like Public Safety, Fire, Police, etc. However, Drone Ambition information is usable now in the private sector/any vertical you operate in.

There are different materials for each vertical, and as such, we explain in great detail what documents, rules and regulations, policy and procedures or COAs are required for each industry in order to have a fully compliant drone program.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH DRONE MANAGEMENT GROUP?
Drone Ambition: Refunds are available for Drone Ambition up to 14 days from purchase with a 25% restocking fee, as the entire product is available for download upon purchase.
The reason for this strict adherence is as follows: all documentation and videography is available to you all at once. To limit loss, these rules are strictly adhered to.
Physical Products: 30-day refund policy from date of purchase . Products must be returned in original packaging, with no damage or evidence of use. DMG holds the rights to decline a refund for any reason, up to and including damage to products, use, loss of packaging. In certain instances, a restocking fee may be incurred instead of decline of refund. This restocking fee will be no greater than 25%. The individual requesting the refund shall pay for shipping.
Internet Consultation: 3 day (72 hour) notice is required to cancel consultation. If you cancel within 2 days (48 hours), a 15% cancelation fee will be applied to your refund.
In-person Consultation: Please cancel in-person consultation 4 days (96 hours) in advance of the consultation date. Should you cancel 3 days (72 hours or less) prior to the consultation date, a 25 % cancellation fee with be applied to your refund.
